Founder & Clinical Director
Natasha Ciminello, RN, MHA
Natasha's experience includes over two decades of hands-on care, which was primarily with the elderly and the disabled populations in critical care, emergency medicine, and trauma. Natasha spent a majority of her nursing career working in the ER. During her time there she found a passion for elder care and when she was approached with this business model she jumped at the chance. She loves that she can help our clients age in place as well as prevent hospitalizations. In addition to nursing, she also has a master’s in healthcare administration and enjoys incorporating both aspects into Caring Households. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 kids, gardening, exercising and baking.

Founder & Administrative Director
Christina Ciminello, MHA
Christina Ciminello has extensive experience on the administrative side of healthcare having spent the last 20 plus years in elder care. She has worked on various healthcare startups, program development and operations oversight for new and existing community-based business lines during the first 13 years of her career. She holds a license as a nursing home administrator. This experience led her to Adult Family Living and it was then that she truly found her niche. She believes that the best care can occur at home and with support of an agency like Caring Households. Christina uses her experience in operational and financial oversight to assure the success of Caring Households. When she is not working she enjoys watching her three daughters play lacrosse and field hockey and hiking with her husband.

Social Worker (LMSW)
Neida Duarte Rivera, Bilingual (Spanish)
Neida Duarte Rivera has been happily working for Caring Households for the past 4 years and finds fulfillment in making a difference for our households. She has assisted with various needs by applying her social work skills. When she was finishing her bachelor’s in social work, she found her niche in elder care while working part time for Caring Households. She enjoys supporting clients to age in place. After graduating, she accepted a full-time position with our agency. Neida's role also includes connecting with our Hispanic families and integrating Spanish-speaking services. Outside of work, you can find Neida enjoying time with her three cats and creating beautiful art. She also delights in incorporating her creativity into her work which can be seen in our activity book that she spearheaded for our households.

Lisa Petzold, RN
Nurse
Lisa Petzold has been a registered nurse for over 20 years. She was pleased to join our team at Caring Households almost 2 years ago when she wanted to branch out in the community and help others in their homes. For more then two decades she has been an ICU nurse and has certifications in BLS,ACLS and trauma. It brings her happiness to support caregivers who take care of their loved ones in the comfort of their own homes and she enjoys helping to make that happen. She has 3 beautiful children who keep her very busy and a husband who keeps the family together. They love to travel and vacation with friends and family.

Becky Lange, RN
Nurse
Becky Lange been with Caring Households since 2019. After 10 years of nursing in different areas of the hospital, lastly the ER she knew she wanted a change. She truly likes making our clients and caregivers feel comfortable and being an extra support to them. Becky grew up in the Hudson valley, currently resides in Putnam county and enjoys adventuring with her daughters. She also loves animals especially her senior beagle and enjoys meeting new furry friends during her visits.
